Sales Associate

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Five Below. As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to engage with our customers, offer exceptional customer service, and ensure that our store runs smoothly. In this role, you will quickly learn about our products and be expected to demonstrate a passion and knowledge of our products and services.To be successful in this role, you should have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
2. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Five Below products and services
3. Assist customers in locating desired items and answer any product-related questions
4. Process payments quickly and efficiently
5. Maintain a tidy and organized store
6. Assist in stocking shelves and ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed
7. Assist in training and providing coaching to new sales associates
8. Provide feedback to store management regarding customer service and product performance
9. Monitor store security and report any suspicious activities
10. Offer suggestions to management on ways to improve customer service and store operations
