As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in helping us further our mission of inspiring customers to let their "inner awesome out" in our stores. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and grow with us.To be successful in this role, you should have a friendly personality, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, it's important that you have a strong understanding of our product offering in order to give customers the best possible shopping experience. Responsibilities: • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner • Provide exceptional customer service • Ensure customers are able to find products that match their needs • Answer customer inquiries and provide product information • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store • Monitor store inventory and restock shelves as needed • Assist with cashier duties, including ringing up customers • Help to create a fun and exciting shopping experience for customers • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and store policies • Follow all safety and security protocols • Perform other duties as assigned
