We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join Five Below's team in our busy store! The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for customer service and a knack for sales. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing relationships with customers, and driving sales. 4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system and cash register.
5. Ensure store shelves are adequately stocked and organized.
6. Develop relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
7. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
8. Monitor store inventory and report low stock levels to the store manager.
9. Follow store policies and procedures.
10. Comply with all safety regulations.
