Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Five Below! The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, a knack for customer service, and the ability to stay focused and motivated in a fast-paced work environment. To be successful in this role, you must be a team player and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of retail sales principles and customer service practices is also essential. If you are excited to help us deliver amazing shopping experiences for our customers, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by Five Below
  • Assist customers with product selection, purchase decisions, and checkout
  • Utilize point-of-sale system to accurately complete transactions
  • Keep the sales floor and displays neat and orderly
  • Process stock and restock shelves with new merchandise
  • Monitor inventory levels and alert management of stock shortages
  • Participate in team meetings and store events
  • Assist in training new staff members
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
