- Identify and secure prime retail locations for Five Below stores in the West region.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and other real estate professionals.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions to ensure favorable terms for the company.
- Develop and maintain a real estate portfolio strategy to support the company's expansion goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful store openings.
- Monitor and track market trends and competition to inform real estate decisions.
- Manage the real estate budget and ensure cost-effective strategies are implemented.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on real estate activities and progress.
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Represent Five Below in a professional manner at industry events and conferences.
- Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a positive image of Five Below in all real estate interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Real Estate Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Property Management, Lease Negotiations, And Market Trends In The Western Region.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Partners.
Ability To Analyze Financial Data, Create Budget Plans, And Make Strategic Decisions To Maximize Profitability For The Company.
