  1. Develop and execute a product vision for the Human Capital Management (HCM) systems at Five Below.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to understand market needs and define product requirements.
  3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and inform product strategy.
  4. Work closely with the development team to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  5. Define and track key product metrics to measure the success of the HCM systems and make data-driven decisions to drive improvements.
  6. Act as the subject matter expert for HCM processes and technologies, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  7. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including presenting to executive leadership.
  8. Lead user acceptance testing and gather feedback from internal users to continuously improve the HCM systems.
  9. Collaborate with the training team to develop training materials and conduct training sessions for employees on new HCM features.
  10. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements.
  11. Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to HCM and ensure compliance in all product development.
  12. Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch support.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging new ideas and creative solutions.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support product development and enhancements.
  15. Manage and prioritize product budgets and resources to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Human Resources And Talent Management Processes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing New Products.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results.
