Principal, Data Scientist

This role is ideal for an experienced Data Scientist who is passionate about uncovering insights and unlocking the potential of data. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing data-driven strategies and solutions to difficult business problems.The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, plus 5+ years of experience in the data science field. They should have an in-depth understanding of data modeling concepts, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques. Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL is also highly desirable.The successful candidate will be a natural problem-solver, a creative thinker, and a strong communicator who is adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines. They should be comfortable working in an agile environment and have excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Responsibilities:

4. Develop and maintain data models, as well as provide technical guidance and mentorship to other data scientists and analysts.

6. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop strategies for data-driven solutions.
7. Develop processes and procedures to ensure quality data is collected and analyzed.
8. Develop and implement data governance and quality control standards.
9. Generate reports and presentations to communicate results and insights.
10. Support the development and implementation of data analytics initiatives.
