We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Picking Supervisor to join our team and help us ensure that our customers receive the best possible shopping experience.   1. Oversee and manage the picking process to ensure efficiency and accuracy in fulfilling orders.
  2. Train and supervise a team of pickers to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to meet customer demand.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and sales, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  5. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all picked items meet company standards.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to improve picking processes and increase productivity.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
  8. Communicate with upper management to report on progress, issues, and areas for improvement.
  9. Train and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  10. Handle any customer inquiries or issues related to picking or order fulfillment.
  11. Monitor and track employee performance and provide feedback, coaching, and corrective action when necessary.
  12. Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, hire, and train new pickers as needed.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the picking process is continuously optimized.
  14. Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or bottlenecks in the picking process.
  15. Lead by example and promote a positive and collaborative work culture within the picking team.
