- Assist the Store Manager in creating a positive and fun shopping environment for customers.
- Train and supervise team members on store procedures and policies to ensure excellent customer service and store productivity.
- Help maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking and tidying up throughout the day.
- Communicate effectively with team members and the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist in cash handling procedures, including opening and closing the register, handling returns and exchanges, and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Act as a role model for team members by exhibiting a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Help the Store Manager with scheduling and delegating tasks to team members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Attend and participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Assist with maintaining and enforcing safety and security protocols in the store.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and maximizing profitability.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to the Store Manager to enhance customer experience and store operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Previous Retail Experience: A Part Time Support Lead Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Retail Environment. This Experience Will Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Customer Service, Cash Handling, And Inventory Management.
Leadership Skills: As A Support Lead, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Direct And Motivate A Team Of Part-Time Employees Effectively. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Constructive Feedback, And Resolve Conflicts.
