- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
- Ensure all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
- Oversee and manage daily store tasks, including opening and closing procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in restocking and replenishing merchandise.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Communicate effectively with the store management team regarding store operations and customer feedback.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Take initiative to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Act as a role model for team members by demonstrating a strong work ethic and dedication to the brand.
- Continuously strive to improve store processes and procedures.
Experience In Retail Management: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And High-Volume Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills: Ability To Lead A Team And Provide Guidance And Support To Team Members. Experience In Training And Developing New Employees.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Customers, And Upper Management.
Organizational Skills: Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Time Effectively, And Keep Track Of Multiple Projects And Responsibilities.
Customer Service Oriented: A Passion For Providing Excellent Customer Service And Creating A Positive Shopping Experience For All Customers. Previous Experience In Customer Service Is A Plus.
