- Greet and welcome customers into the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient store operations.
- Train and guide new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are always in stock and displayed correctly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciling registers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide support during busy periods.
- Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and promote a positive work environment.

Previous Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Environment. They Should Possess Strong Communication And Conflict Resolution Skills To Effectively Manage A Team.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations: The Part Time Support Lead Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Customer Service. This Will Ensure They Can Effectively Support The Store's Daily Operations And Assist In Training New Team Members.
Strong Organizational Skills: As A Part-Time Position, The Support Lead Will Be Responsible For Managing Their Own Schedule And Ensuring Tasks Are Completed In A Timely Manner. They Should Have Strong Organizational Skills To Prioritize Tasks And Delegate Responsibilities To Team Members.
