  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Lead and supervise a team of associates, providing guidance and support to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
  3. Ensure all store policies, procedures, and standards are being followed by team members at all times.
  4. Assist in the hiring, training, and development of new team members.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked on the sales floor.
  6. Handle any customer complaints or issues, escalating to management if necessary.
  7. Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and store maintenance.
  8. Collaborate with other team members and departments to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
  9. Remain knowledgeable about current promotions, products, and company policies to effectively assist customers and team members.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer service expectations.
  11. Communicate with store management on any issues or concerns that may arise.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  13. Assist in the planning and execution of store events and promotions.
  14. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of customers, team members, and store assets.

  • Time Management Skills: Working As A Part Time Support Lead Requires Strong Time Management Skills. The Individual Must Be Able To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Their Own Time Effectively, And Ensure That All Tasks Are Completed Within Deadlines.
