4. Oversee the merchandising and visual presentation of products in stores, ensuring they are attractive and meet brand standards.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and special events to drive sales.
6. Monitor inventory levels and work with store managers to ensure proper stock levels are maintained in each location.
7. Continuously evaluate the competition and market trends to stay ahead of industry trends and make necessary adjustments to the product assortment.
8. Train and develop store teams on effective merchandising and inventory management techniques.
9. Build and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating favorable terms and maintaining a high level of quality and service.
10. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to achieve sales targets.
11. Stay informed on industry developments, new products, and emerging trends to inform buying decisions.
12. Adhere to budget constraints and maintain accurate records of expenses and inventory.
13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
14. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any issues or concerns related to merchandise.
15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
