  2. Oversee the planning and procurement of merchandise, working closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  3. Monitor market trends and consumer preferences to identify new and popular products to add to the product mix.
  4. Collaborate with the buying team to create a diverse and appealing product assortment that meets the needs and preferences of the target customer base.
  5. Determine product pricing and markdown strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  6. Create and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an engaging and dynamic shopping experience for customers.
  7. Train and mentor store teams on merchandising standards and techniques to ensure consistent execution across all locations.
  8. Analyze sales data and inventory levels to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for adjustments in product assortment and inventory levels.
  9. Monitor and track sales performance and adjust merchandising strategies as needed to meet sales goals.
  10. Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and resolve any issues that arise.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all legal and safety regulations.
  12. Develop and maintain a high-performing team by providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for direct reports.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to support the overall success of the company.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to continuously improve and innovate merchandising strategies.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.
