  1. Develop and execute merchandise strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of merchandise plans.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance.
  4. Lead and manage a team of merchandising associates, providing guidance, training, and support.
  5. Plan and oversee inventory levels, ensuring appropriate product availability to meet customer demand.
  6. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform merchandise decisions.
  7. Work closely with vendors to negotiate pricing, determine product assortment, and maintain strong relationships.
  8. Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained in all stores.
  9. Develop and manage departmental budgets and report on financial performance.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Communicate regularly with upper management on merchandise performance and initiatives.
  12. Stay current on competitive landscape and make recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.
  13. Develop and maintain a customer-centric mindset to drive product selection and placement.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all merchandising guidelines.
  15. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and employee development.
