Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Merchandising, Buying, Or Inventory Management In A Retail Environment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Sales Data And Make Strategic Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Vendors And Negotiate Favorable Terms.
