10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform merchandise decisions.
11. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention measures.
13. Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
