  11. Oversee seasonal and holiday merchandise planning and execution.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Merchandise Manager At Five Below Must Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Of Merchandising Associates.

  • Retail Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail, Preferably In A Managerial Role. This Experience Should Include Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Sales Analysis.

  • Product Knowledge: A Merchandise Manager Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Products Sold At Five Below, Including Trends, Pricing, And Customer Preferences.

  • Analytical Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Sales Data And Make Informed Decisions Based On Trends And Performance. Strong Analytical Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Manage Inventory Levels And Optimize Product Placement.
