11. Maintain a deep understanding of the target market and customer preferences to inform merchandising decisions.
12. Ensure timely and accurate execution of merchandise initiatives and promotions.
13. Manage and track merchandise budgets and expenses.
14. Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to senior management.
15. Stay updated on industry and competitor trends to inform merchandise strategies.
