Merchandise Manager

As a Merchandise Manager at Five Below, you will create a unique shopping experience for customers by delivering an ever-evolving assortment of high-quality, trend-right products that meet the needs and wants of the Five Below customer. You will be an integral part of the team, working with both the Store Operations and Merchandising teams to ensure our customers get the best products, at the best prices, in a fun-filled shopping environment.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent merchandise management skills, a strong knowledge of the retail industry, and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. A Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience in Merchandising and/or Retail Management, and a proven ability to successfully manage and motivate a team is preferred.At Five Below, we strive to be the “wow” in every customer experience. 5. Monitor and forecast sales performance to ensure financial objectives are met
6. Train and motivate store personnel on merchandise guidelines and customer service
7. Develop strong relationships with vendors and review products to ensure quality and value
8. Ensure merchandise is presented in a visually appealing manner
9. Maintain excellent customer service by responding to customer feedback and inquiries
10. Manage and monitor store budgets and expenses
