Merchandise Manager

As Five Below’s Merchandise Manager, you will be a key player in our success. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who can bring creative ideas to the table. You must have a minimum of 5 years of retail experience and a proven track record for successfully developing and managing merchandise strategies. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing our merchandise assortment while driving sales and profitability. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to effectively manage multiple projects is essential. 7. Train and manage staff to ensure optimal performance.
8. Source new merchandise and negotiate contracts with vendors.
9. Maintain accurate records and reports on merchandise performance.
10. Develop relationships with vendors and distributors.
