1. Oversee the buying and merchandising processes for the company to ensure that stores are well-stocked with trendy and affordable products.
2. Collaborate with the buying team to identify and source new products that align with the company's brand and target market.

14. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to accurately track and manage inventory and purchasing processes.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve merchandising processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
