Bachelor's Degree In Business, Merchandising, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Merchandise Buying, Planning, And Inventory Management.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Sales Data And Make Strategic Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Manage Vendor Relationships And Drive Sales.
