- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support the company's growth and profitability.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and track key financial metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
- Train and mentor junior team members to develop their financial analysis skills.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with external auditors and other third-party partners as needed.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance department.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Retail Or Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Forecasting.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
Prior Experience Managing A Team And Proven Leadership Abilities In Driving Financial Performance And Leading Strategic Initiatives.
