3. Communicate with landlords and external legal counsel to gather necessary information and resolve any issues.
4. Conduct legal research and provide summaries and recommendations to the Lease Audit team.
5. Collaborate with other departments such as Real Estate and Finance to ensure accurate and timely lease data.
6. Maintain organized and detailed records of all lease audit activities.
7. Attend meetings and training sessions to learn about the legal processes involved in lease auditing.
8. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Lease Audit team.
