Key Holder

As a Key Holder at Five Below, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and helping to create a fun shopping environment. We are looking for a motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively, and who brings a positive, customer-centric attitude to the team. To be successful in this role, you must have at least one year of retail experience, a flexible schedule, the ability to lift 25 lbs, and the ability to stand on your feet for 8 hours a day. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a desire to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner
• Help customers find products that meet their needs
• Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
• Handle cash register transactions and complete sales
• Ensure store shelves are stocked and organized
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow store policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies
• Monitor and manage the store’s security system
• Open and close the store according to established timelines
• Monitor store inventory and report any discrepancies
• Provide training and support to new and existing team members
• Stay up-to-date on new product arrivals and new store promotions
