1. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
2. Communicate with store management to identify any inventory discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner.
3. Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
4. Maintain organized and clean stockroom and sales floor areas.
5. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to inventory management.
6. Collaborate with store team members to ensure products are replenished in a timely and efficient manner.
7. Use inventory management software and tools to track and update inventory levels.
8. Assist in the planning and execution of store merchandise resets and visual displays.
9. Monitor and report on product trends and sales patterns to assist with inventory planning.
10. Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers by providing excellent customer service.
11. Adhere to all safety and security procedures while handling inventory.
12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed inventory accuracy goals.
13. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to assist customers and team members.
14. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
15. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the Five Below brand with enthusiasm.
16. Attend training and development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
17. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
