Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels in the store.
  2. Utilize inventory management software to track and update merchandise levels and locations.
  3. Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring all items are properly accounted for and stored.
  4. Assist in the organization and maintenance of the stockroom and sales floor, ensuring all items are easily accessible and visually appealing.
  5. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues.
  6. Communicate effectively with store management and team members to address inventory needs and concerns.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking and replenishing items.
  8. Assist in preparing for and executing inventory audits and cycle counts.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve inventory processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  10. Train and mentor new team members on inventory processes and procedures.
  11. Comply with all safety and security protocols to protect inventory and prevent loss.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
  13. Complete all tasks and assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Attend training and development sessions to stay updated on inventory management techniques and processes.
  16. Actively contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
