  1. Maintain accurate inventory records: The Inventory Associate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory levels by regularly conducting physical counts and reconciling them with the records.
  2. Monitor inventory levels: The Associate will need to closely monitor inventory levels and alert the management team of any discrepancies or potential issues.
  3. Conduct audits: Regular audits will need to be conducted to ensure inventory accuracy and to identify any areas for improvement.
  4. Coordinate with vendors: The Associate will be responsible for communicating with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of new inventory.
  5. Organize and stock inventory: The Associate will be responsible for organizing and stocking inventory on the sales floor according to company standards.
  6. Collaborate with team members: This role requires collaboration with other team members to ensure efficient inventory management and accuracy.
  7. Identify and report inventory issues: The Associate will need to identify and report any inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items to the management team.
  8. Assist with inventory ordering: The Inventory Associate may be responsible for assisting with the ordering of new inventory and ensuring it is received and stocked correctly.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment: The Associate will need to ensure that the inventory storage areas are kept clean and organized at all times.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures: The Inventory Associate must adhere to all company policies and procedures related to inventory management and safety.
  11. Continuously improve processes: The Associate should be proactive in identifying areas for improvement in inventory processes and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Train new team members: As a seasoned member of the team, the Inventory Associate may be responsible for training new team members on inventory management processes and procedures.

  • Proficient In Technology: An Inventory Associate Should Be Comfortable Working With Technology, Including Inventory Management Systems And Handheld Devices For Scanning And Tracking Products. Basic Computer Skills And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel May Also Be Required.
