Interim Support Lead Part Time

- Provide support to store management team during peak season to ensure operational excellence.
- Assist in the training and development of new team members.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restocking as needed.
- Help to create and implement efficient processes to increase productivity.
- Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues or concerns.
- Lead by example and uphold company standards and policies.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and resolve any customer complaints.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Adhere to company safety and security protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
Previous Experience In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.
