
Interim Support Lead Part Time

- Supervise and support store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by interacting with customers and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and following company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability for customers.
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Communicate effectively with team members to delegate tasks and ensure efficient store operations.
- Assist with scheduling and maintaining proper staffing levels to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet company goals.
- Uphold company standards and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Act as a role model for team members, demonstrating a strong work ethic, excellent customer service, and a positive attitude.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management.
- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Prior Retail Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In The Retail Industry, Preferably In A Leadership Role. This Will Ensure That They Have A Good Understanding Of The Company's Operations And Can Effectively Lead The Team.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Interim Support Lead Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Employees, So Strong Leadership Qualities Are A Must. This Includes The Ability To Motivate, Coach, And Delegate Tasks To Team Members.
