  1. Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong work ethic.
  4. Lead and train store associates to ensure they are knowledgeable about company policies, procedures, and products.
  5. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an inviting and organized store environment.
  6. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
  7. Collaborate with store management to identify and implement strategies to improve store performance.
  8. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  9. Communicate with corporate headquarters to provide updates on store operations and any issues that may arise.
  10. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training new team members as needed.
  11. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and products to effectively lead and support store operations.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide suggestions to upper management.
  13. Handle any escalated customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  14. Serve as a role model for store associates by displaying a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and exceptional customer service skills.
  15. Uphold company values and standards at all times and ensure they are reflected in all aspects of store operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Demonstrated Experience In Retail Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Working As A Retail Manager, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Interim Support Lead Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Employees, Making Decisions And Solving Problems On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As The Interim Support Lead, You Will Be Required To Communicate With Both Employees And Upper Management. Therefore, Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are A Must.

  • Ability To Multitask And Prioritize: A Successful Interim Support Lead Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Them Effectively In Order To Meet Deadlines And Ensure The Smooth Operation Of The Store.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: The Interim Support Lead May Be Required To Work Varying Shifts, Including Nights And Weekends, And Must Be Able To Adapt To Changes In The Store's Schedule And Operations. Flexibility And The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment Are Important Qualifications For This Role.
