Interim PT Sales Lead
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Interim PT Sales Lead at Five Below. - Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide high-quality customer service.
- Create a positive and energetic work environment that motivates and inspires team members to perform at their best.
- Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, customer service skills, and company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and track sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
- Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating exceptional customer service and promoting a positive attitude.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing by regularly monitoring inventory levels and merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with the store manager to create and implement effective sales and promotional strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, and share knowledge and best practices with the team.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling, safety, and security protocols.
- Participate in store meetings and provide feedback and suggestions to improve store operations.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store maintenance.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and promoting a positive image to customers and the community.
Previous Sales Experience: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Sales Experience, Preferably In A Retail Setting. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Revenue.
Leadership Skills: The Interim Pt Sales Lead Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Sales Associates, So Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential. Candidates Should Have Experience In Training, Coaching, And Motivating A Team To Achieve Goals.
Customer Service Focus: Five Below Prides Itself On Providing Excellent Customer Service, And The Interim Pt Sales Lead Should Have A Strong Focus On This As Well. Candidates Should Have Experience In Resolving Customer Issues And Creating A Positive Shopping Experience.
Organizational Skills: As An Interim Pt Sales Lead, Candidates Will Be Responsible For Managing Inventory, Creating Schedules, And Keeping Track Of Sales Data. Therefore, Strong Organizational Skills Are A Must For This Position.
Flexibility And Adaptability: This Position Is An Interim Role, Meaning It May Only Be For A Specified Period Of Time. Therefore, Candidates Should Be Able To Adapt Quickly To New Environments And Be Flexible With Their Schedule To Meet The Needs Of The Store.
