- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Assist in addressing and resolving employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct research and analysis on employee relations topics, providing recommendations and solutions.
- Support the HR team in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
