We are currently looking for a General Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team and help us keep our stores fully stocked with all the latest and greatest products.   1. Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels in stores.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to facilitate efficient and safe movement of products.
  3. Pick and pack orders for shipment to stores, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  4. Collaborate with other warehouse team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  5. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and responsible manner.
  6. Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
  7. Assist with inventory counts and audits to ensure accurate stock levels.
  8. Follow company safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  9. Communicate effectively with other team members and management to ensure smooth operation of the warehouse.
  10. Help with unloading and loading trucks as needed.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company in a positive light to all customers and visitors.
  12. Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A General Warehouse Associate At Five Below Should Have A High School Diploma Or Equivalent To Demonstrate Basic Knowledge And Skills In Areas Such As Math, Communication, And Problem-Solving.

  • Previous Warehouse Experience: Prior Experience Working In A Warehouse Setting, Preferably In A Retail Environment, Is A Must For A General Warehouse Associate At Five Below. This Experience Will Help The Candidate Understand The Processes And Procedures Of A Warehouse And Perform Tasks Efficiently.

  • Physical Fitness: This Job Requires Candidates To Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform Tasks Such As Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes, Standing For Long Periods, And Working In Various Weather Conditions. Candidates Should Have The Ability To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job.

  • Attention To Detail: A General Warehouse Associate At Five Below Needs To Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure The Accuracy Of Inventory, Packaging, And Shipping. Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Maintaining The Quality Of Products And Preventing Errors.
