As a General Warehouse Associate, you will play an integral role in the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring that our products are accurately received, stored, and shipped to our stores. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Receive and process incoming shipments of products, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and store products in designated areas within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently for shipment to stores.
- Use scanners and other equipment to track inventory and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Communicate with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in conducting inventory counts and maintaining inventory levels.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Continuously monitor and report any issues or concerns with products or equipment.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team culture by demonstrating a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A General Warehouse Associate Should Have A Minimum Education Level Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent In Order To Perform Their Job Duties Effectively.
Previous Warehouse Experience: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Warehouse Setting, With Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Forklift Operation, And Order Fulfillment Processes.
Physical Fitness And Stamina: The Job Of A General Warehouse Associate Requires Physical Strength And Endurance As They Are Responsible For Lifting, Moving, And Organizing Heavy Boxes And Merchandise Throughout Their Shift.
Attention To Detail: Warehouse Associates Must Have Excellent Attention To Detail In Order To Accurately Receive, Store, And Fulfill Orders. This Involves Checking Product Codes, Quantities, And Quality Of Items.
Team Player: The Ability To Work Well With Others Is Crucial In A Warehouse Environment. General Warehouse Associates Should Be Team Players And Have The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Coworkers And Supervisors.
