Previous Retail Management Experience: The Full Time Support Lead Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Support Lead Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Associates.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: The Support Lead Should Have A Passion For Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Be Able To Handle Difficult Situations With Ease.
Organizational And Multitasking Abilities: The Support Lead Must Be Highly Organized And Able To Juggle Multiple Tasks And Responsibilities While Maintaining A High Level Of Efficiency.
Knowledge Of Store Operations: The Support Lead Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Store Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Loss Prevention Procedures. Previous Experience In These Areas Is Preferred.
