  1. Providing exceptional customer service: The Support Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive top-notch service by greeting them, assisting with their needs, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  2. Maintaining store operations: This role requires the individual to oversee and manage the daily operations of the store. This includes ensuring that shelves are stocked, merchandise is displayed properly, and the store is clean and presentable.
  3. Leading and motivating the team: The Support Lead will serve as a leader and role model for the rest of the team. They will need to motivate and guide team members to meet store goals and provide excellent customer service.
  4. Training and developing team members: The Support Lead will be responsible for training new team members and providing ongoing development for all team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
  5. Assisting with scheduling: This role will involve working closely with the store manager to create and maintain an efficient schedule for all team members, taking into consideration peak business hours and employee availability.
  6. Resolving customer concerns: The Support Lead will need to address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that the customer leaves with a positive impression of the store.
  7. Maintaining inventory levels: The Support Lead will work with the rest of the team to monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and ordering products as needed.
  8. Ensuring compliance with company policies: The individual in this role will need to ensure that all team members are following company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  9. Handling cash and transactions: The Support Lead will be responsible for handling cash and completing transactions accurately and efficiently, as well as overseeing other team members' cash handling activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Retail Experience: A Full Time Support Lead At Five Below Should Have A Strong Background In Retail, Preferably With Experience In A Leadership Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Store Operations, Customer Service, And Inventory Management.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Support Lead, It Is Important To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, As Well As With Upper Management. This Role Also Requires The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team To Achieve Goals And Maintain A Positive Work Environment.

  • Organizational Skills: The Support Lead Must Be Highly Organized And Able To Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment. This Includes Managing Inventory, Scheduling, And Ensuring The Store Is Well-Maintained And Fully Stocked.

  • Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities: A Support Lead Must Be Able To Think Critically And Make Decisions Quickly In Order To Handle Any Issues That May Arise In The Store. This Includes Being Able To Resolve Customer Complaints And Make Decisions Regarding Inventory And Staffing.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: Five Below Is A Rapidly Growing Company, And As Such, The Support Lead Must Be Able To Adapt To Changes And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment. This Includes Being Able To Work Flexible Hours And Being Open To Taking On New Responsibilities As Needed.
