- Train and coach front end team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Monitor and maintain accurate cash handling procedures and perform cash audits as needed.
- Collaborate with other store managers to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Create and implement strategies to improve front end processes and increase efficiency.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage front end staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Maintain inventory levels for front end supplies and equipment, and submit orders as needed.
