We are currently looking for a dynamic and driven Front End Manager to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional customer service. As a Front End Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of the front end of our store, ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about retail, have excellent communication and leadership skills, and are committed to delivering top-notch customer service.   1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front end of the store.
  2. Ensure that all front end employees are providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Train and develop front end staff to provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  4. Manage and maintain the cash registers and POS systems.
  5. Ensure that all front end equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to the appropriate department.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of front end supplies, such as bags, receipt paper, and cash drawers.
  7. Assist customers with any inquiries or issues that may arise during their shopping experience.
  8. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to the store manager.
  9. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees.
  11. Work closely with the store manager to ensure that all front end procedures and protocols are followed.
  12. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency at the front end.
  13. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless operations throughout the store.
  14. Create and implement strategies to improve front end efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  15. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve the front end operations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Front End Manager At Five Below Must Possess Exceptional Leadership Abilities To Effectively Manage A Team Of Cashiers And Front End Associates. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Inspire Their Team To Provide Excellent Customer Service And Meet Sales Targets.

  • Retail Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Retail Environment, With Some Experience In A Managerial Or Supervisory Role. They Should Have A Good Understanding Of Store Operations And Be Familiar With Front End Procedures.

  • Customer Service Oriented: Five Below Places A Strong Emphasis On Providing Exceptional Customer Service. The Front End Manager Must Be Able To Lead By Example And Ensure That Their Team Is Providing A Positive And Welcoming Shopping Experience For All Customers.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Front End Manager, Effective Communication Is Essential. This Includes Communicating With Customers, Team Members, And Other Managers. The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Effectively, Both Verbally And In Writing.

  • Attention To Detail: The Front End Manager Is Responsible For Overseeing Cash Management, Ensuring Accuracy In Transactions, And Maintaining Store Appearance. They Must Have Excellent Attention To Detail And Be Able To Identify And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise.
