Welcome to Five Below! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Early Morning Seasonal Stock Associate for our location at 752. As a Stock Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is fully stocked and ready for our customers each morning.   1. Ensure store is fully stocked and ready for customers each morning.
  2. Unload delivery trucks and organize merchandise in designated areas.
  3. Stock shelves and displays with merchandise according to company standards.
  4. Rotate and restock merchandise to maintain freshness and cleanliness.
  5. Maintain inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies to management.
  6. Keep backroom and storage areas organized and free of clutter.
  7. Assist with setting up promotional displays and signage.
  8. Help maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  9. Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  11. Demonstrate strong work ethic and reliability.
  12. Possess attention to detail to ensure accurate stocking and pricing of merchandise.
  13. Able to work independently and efficiently.
  14. Able to lift and carry heavy boxes and merchandise.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous Experience In Stock Or Inventory Management: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Have Prior Experience In Managing Stock Or Inventory, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of Stock Processes And Their Ability To Handle Merchandise Efficiently.

  • Availability For Early Morning Shifts: This Position Requires Candidates To Be Available For Early Morning Shifts, Typically Starting At 5 Or 6 Am. Therefore, Applicants Should Be Able To Commit To This Schedule And Have A Reliable Means Of Transportation To Arrive On Time.

  • Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: As A Stock Associate, The Job Requires Lifting And Carrying Heavy Boxes And Merchandise. Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks Safely And Effectively.

  • Attention To Detail And Organization Skills: Stock Associates Are Responsible For Accurately Counting And Organizing Merchandise, As Well As Maintaining Inventory Records. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Possess Strong Organizational Skills To Ensure Accuracy And Efficiency.
