  1. Provide exceptional customer service: As the Customer Experience Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure that every customer that walks into our store feels welcome and leaves with a positive experience. You will be responsible for resolving any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Lead and develop a team: You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of associates, providing them with guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they are delivering the best possible customer service. This includes creating schedules, conducting training sessions, and setting performance goals.
  3. Create a positive shopping experience: Your role will involve creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. This includes merchandising products, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring product availability.
  4. Uphold company standards: As a representative of Five Below, you will be expected to uphold the company's values and standards. This includes adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as promoting and maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.
  5. Collaborate with other departments: You will work closely with other departments, such as merchandising and inventory, to ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing to customers. You will also collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving the overall customer experience.
  6. Stay updated on product knowledge: As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date on all product knowledge and company promotions. This will allow you to effectively assist and educate customers on our products and promotions.
  7. Drive sales and meet targets: You will be responsible for driving sales and meeting set targets for the store. This includes monitoring sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase sales.
