Strong Leadership And Communication Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Retail Management
Experience In Developing And Implementing Customer Experience Strategies
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Customer Satisfaction.
