  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience in the store.
  2. Train, coach, and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Ensure that all employees are knowledgeable about products, promotions, and company policies.
  4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make necessary improvements to enhance satisfaction.
  5. Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers through visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.
  9. Develop and implement customer service standards and protocols for the store.
  10. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer experience and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for team members to enhance their customer service skills.
  12. Plan and execute customer events and initiatives to drive engagement and loyalty.
  13. Manage customer service budget and expenses effectively.
  14. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new team members to ensure they embody the company's customer-centric values.
  15. Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and uphold company standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
