- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
- Create and maintain customer service standards and protocols for the organization.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with customer service standards.
- Handle any escalated customer service issues and find solutions to resolve them.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Plan and oversee customer service events and initiatives to engage with customers and gather feedback.
- Communicate with upper management on customer service trends and progress.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of customer service team members.
- Monitor and manage the budget for customer service initiatives and resources.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service and products for customers.
- Foster a positive and customer-centric culture within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Retail Management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Team Members.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Customer Experience Strategies To Improve Overall Satisfaction And Retention.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Driving Results In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment.
