  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance and improve the overall customer experience in-store.
  2. Train and supervise a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they are providing exceptional service to every customer.
  3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Lead by example and demonstrate excellent customer service skills to inspire and motivate team members.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.
  9. Create and maintain customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  10. Implement and manage customer loyalty programs and initiatives.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer feedback and satisfaction levels.
  12. Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to enhance the customer experience.
  13. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services and able to provide excellent customer service.
  14. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure products are available for customers.
  15. Handle and resolve any escalated customer issues or complaints.
  16. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
