- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services and able to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure products are available for customers.
- Handle and resolve any escalated customer issues or complaints.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Retail Management
