- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers by ensuring a clean and organized store.

- Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience, whether through new initiatives, promotions, or events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to ensure we are providing the best possible experience for our customers.
- Manage and track customer satisfaction metrics and use data to make informed decisions for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service.
- Act as a role model for the customer experience team, demonstrating a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Effectively handle any escalations or difficult customer interactions.
- Lead by example in promoting a culture of exceptional customer service and creating a positive work environment for the team.
