We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at Five Below. As Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will improve customer service across all channels. To be successful, you must possess a deep understanding of customer service principles, the ability to lead and motivate a team, and the creativity to improve customer experiences.At Five Below, we believe that each customer should have an exceptional experience, from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave.
