Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at Five Below. As Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will improve customer service across all channels. To be successful, you must possess a deep understanding of customer service principles, the ability to lead and motivate a team, and the creativity to improve customer experiences.At Five Below, we believe that each customer should have an exceptional experience, from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave. As such, we are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think outside the box to create unique customer experiences.The ideal candidate will have:-A minimum of 5 years of customer service experience -A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field -Excellent communication and problem-solving skills -Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions -Ability to manage a team and motivate employees -Proficiency in Microsoft Office If you have a passion for providing excellent service and want to join a growing team that values creativity and collaboration, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities of a Customer Experience Manager:

  1. Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer experiences across all channels.
  2. Maintain a deep understanding of customer service principles.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
  4. Create unique customer experiences through innovative solutions.
  5. Manage customer service team and ensure that team members are providing excellent service.
  6. Communicate and resolve customer issues or complaints.
  7. Utilize Microsoft Office and other technology to manage customer service operations.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and use it to inform changes to customer service strategies.
  9. Train customer service team on best practices for customer service.
  10. Implement customer surveys to measure customer satisfaction.
