
Customer Experience Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join the team at Five Below! The Customer Experience Manager will lead our customer service initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.To thrive in this role, you must have a minimum of three years’ experience in a customer service or customer experience management role, as well as exceptional communication and organizational skills. You should be knowledgeable of customer service best practices, have experience with customer service software, and be tech-savvy. You should also be a natural leader with a positive, proactive attitude and the ability to motivate and inspire your team. Responsibilities:
- Create and implement customer service initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop customer service best practices and ensure they are being followed by all customer service personnel.
- Monitor customer service software and ensure that software is utilized to its fullest potential.
- Manage customer service staff and ensure that customer service teams are meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Train and mentor customer service personnel to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to effectively handle customer inquiries.
- Monitor customer feedback and take proactive steps to address customer complaints and issues.
- Analyze customer service data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
- Ensure that customer service personnel are providing a positive customer experience at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to remain competitive.
