Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Five Below and create an exceptional customer experience for our shoppers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and have a proven track record of executing successful customer experience initiatives. They will bring a warm and welcoming approach to customer interactions and be able to build relationships with both our internal and external customers.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of customer experience management experience. You should be highly organized and have the ability to communicate effectively with customers. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and will be able to think on their feet when dealing with customer issues. Finally, you should be tech-savvy and comfortable using a variety of software and systems.If you are an experienced customer experience professional looking to join a fun, dynamic team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective customer experience strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
  2. Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere in all customer interactions.
  3. Build relationships with both internal and external customers.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas of improvement.
  5. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Execute customer experience initiatives to ensure a positive customer experience.
  7. Solve customer problems and provide timely and effective customer service.
  8. Train staff on customer experience best practices.
  9. Utilize software and systems to optimize customer engagement.
  10. Keep abreast of industry trends to ensure best practices are followed.
