Job Description

At Five Below, we are passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience and are looking for a talented Customer Experience Manager to join our team. This high-energy, customer-focused professional will lead and develop our customer experience vision, strategies, and initiatives to guarantee Five Below customers have a shopping experience that is nothing short of exceptional.The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field, combined with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer experience or customer service role (preferably in the retail sector). Proven success in developing innovative customer experience initiatives, leading and inspiring a team, and building relationships with customers and stakeholders is a must.The successful candidate will bring a passion for customer service and a desire to foster a culture of innovation and excellence. They must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Finally, the successful candidate must possess a positive attitude and an unwavering commitment to going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and develop the customer experience vision, strategies, and initiatives to ensure Five Below customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
  2. Develop innovative customer experience initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  3. Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Manage a team of customer service representatives and inspire them to provide exemplary customer service.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate steps to address customer complaints and concerns.
  6. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service delivery.
  7. Analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
  9. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
