
Customer Experience Manager
At Five Below, we are passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience and are looking for a talented Customer Experience Manager to join our team. This high-energy, customer-focused professional will lead and develop our customer experience vision, strategies, and initiatives to guarantee Five Below customers have a shopping experience that is nothing short of exceptional.The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field, combined with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer experience or customer service role (preferably in the retail sector). Proven success in developing innovative customer experience initiatives, leading and inspiring a team, and building relationships with customers and stakeholders is a must.The successful candidate will bring a passion for customer service and a desire to foster a culture of innovation and excellence. They must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Finally, the successful candidate must possess a positive attitude and an unwavering commitment to going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the customer experience vision, strategies, and initiatives to ensure Five Below customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
- Develop innovative customer experience initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of customer service representatives and inspire them to provide exemplary customer service.
- Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate steps to address customer complaints and concerns.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service delivery.
- Analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
